Arrochar Parish Church Stated Annual Meeting
		"At Arrochar Parish Church, the sixteenth day of March, 2003, which place and date the Stated Annual Meeting of Arrochar Parish Church was held. Dr. H. Dane Sherrard, Minister of the Church, presided and opened the meeting with prayer. A statement of accounts for the year ended 31st. December,02 showing a General Fund Balance of £8,940 and additional locally held Assets of £4,190 .63 was submitted and after discussion the meeting adopted the report. A budget for 2003 showing estimated expenditure of £17,495 and projecting a surplus of £15 was also presented and agreed. It was reported that two members of the Board fell to retire at this meeting, and the chairman thanked Mary Heggarty and Janine Smith for their work for the Board. He also thanked Dorothy Stewart who had left to join Luss and who had served the Arrochar Board as an excellent Clerk until leaving us. The following were nominated for election: Mary Heggarty, Beth Jenkins, Eileen Kay, Margaret Stone and Margaret West. The number nominated not exceeding the number of vacancies, the Chairman declared them to be elected. A Draft minute was submitted and approved.
