In
October, 2001 our
Stewardship Committee mounted an Exhibition of the work of the
Church of Scotland locally, nationally and internationally. Part of
that exhibition contained photographs of the restoration of our
Church. Some of these are reproduced on this page, partly because we
believe that it is good to share what has been achieved and partly to
remind us all of all of the hard work which so many people have put
into restoring our Church building.

The
Restoration of 2000 was largely centred round the Church's windows,
the stained-glass ones were in need of a great deal of restoration
while the non-stained-glass windows were in such a bad state of
repair that they had to be replaced.
