		Minutes of the Meeting of Wednesday 5th. March, 2003 at 7.30 p.m. 1. Present were Marion Anderson, Eric Davidson, Jimmy Kelly, and Dane Sherrard. An apology had been received from Jimmy Roxburgh and from Peter Fettes. The minutes of the meeting of 6th. November, 2002 were agreed. 2. No items from the minute arose which would not be dealt with on the ordinary agenda. 3. There was little to report under the heading of Financial Statement as the restoration of the building was now complete, all accounts had now been settled and fund raising had ceased. The congregational board of the Church had undertaken to pay all service accounts of the Church, the insurance premiums and so forth, and had made generous provision in its annual budget for maintenance of the fabric of the building. 4. Under the new six monthly programme of meetings the main purpose of the March meeting was to consider the fabric of the building and to plan any maintenance or improvements to be undertaken. Jimmy Kelly reported that the building had been inspected on February 28th. and that he was pleased to be able to report that the building is in a good state of repair. All external works on the main building have now been completed, the last of which was an insurance repair on the tower stonework. In the coming months the windows in the Church hall would be replaced and external lighting to illuminate the church and car park would be installed. A final stained-glass window, the gift of the late John Gray, would be fitted later this year. Funding was available within the budgets of the Congregational Board to pay for all work planned. 5. Dane reported that the building continued to be extensively used by Church and community groups. 6. There was no other business to be discussed. 7. It was agreed that the next meeting of the Trust would be Wednesday 5th. November, 2003.
